Terms of Service 

Thank you for selecting me to create artwork of your characters and other attributes you need. I am very happy to help with any projects you've been stuck on, I will do my best and learn along the way! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the commission process.

PAYMENT

​

• Prices on general commissions are non-negotiable. My prices are set based on what I believe my art to be worth, the time it takes me to complete a drawing, and the demand for commissions.

• USD currency through PayPal only. 

• Standard art commissions must be paid up-front in full. 

• I will not start a commission until payment is received.

• No address is required when paying through PayPal. 

• Please send payment through PayPal under Goods and Services.

• You will be receiving a contract after your payment.

REFUNDS 

• A full refund may only occur in the event a commission is incorrect, based on what the commissioner specified, as a result of my own fault. Failing to inform me of what you specifically wanted does not warrant a refund.

• Commissions may not be refunded if it is already complete.

• If I have not started your commission, you are allowed to cancel the commission, and you will be refunded in full.

• Small changes may be made on request if I failed to include something. Please specify at the beginning of the process.

GENERAL

• Clear, precise, and concise references are appreciated. Communicate with me if you have a particular pose/scene/idea in mind. Otherwise, I will come up with it myself.

• I retain all rights to refuse a commission. I do not need to provide a reason.

• Commissioner may ask for a WIP and will be provided with preliminary sketches if their commission is specific.

• Commissioner may use their commissioned work in whatever way they choose. However, credit is appreciated.

• Commissions will be posted online unless requested otherwise.

• I do not accept NSFW commissions from minors.

• I retain the rights to a commission.

• Please consider that I finish commissions in order of a queue and wait times may vary depending on my availability. 

• Commissions may take up to 2 months to complete.

• Due dates can be arranged, but must be specified before the commission starts.

WILL NOT DRAW

• NSFW of minors

• Mechanical/Mecha

• Characters that do not work well with my style (overly muscular characters, elderly characters, babies)

• Most fetishes (please ask me)

• Heavy machinery

• Anything otherwise inappropriate or offensive (rape, bestiality, self harm, pedophilia, hard drug use)

• Overly complex backgrounds

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

​

•   My art may not be re-sold as physical objects or downloadable files. 

•   If posted via social media etc. work must be credited properly. The client cannot take credit for the work. 

•   My art may not be traced or edited without permission

•   If the client provides any elements to the designer for the project, the client is consenting that they have the proper copyright          privileges to use the elements provided.

•   If elements provided by the client to the designer are not within the legal rights to use by the client, the designer assumes no            responsibility for legal issues arising from the use of these elements in the work produced.

•   The designer will proof the project to make sure every aspect is correct, however, it is the responsibility of the client to make              sure the proof is 100% error-free when it is approved.

•   If the client is found breaking any part of the agreement, permission to use the work will be retracted without refund.
